He is a Human Resources professional with over 7 years’ experience ranging from consulting firm, telecommunication, renewable energy company to working in INGO with Global Fund and USAID funded projects. He has his expertise in HR in recruitment, talent management, career development, and organization restructuring & employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, insurance management etc. He is also a professional realtor with over 8 years’ experience consulting for different real estate firms in Abuja, Lagos,
Ibadan, Porthacourt and also, for real estate expatriate in Nigeria. He has his expertise in Real Estate in Business Development, Strategic/Independent marketing, Sales management, Networking & Real Estate Investment and development. He is a Founder of the The Positive Clique, a Talent Management and Career Development Organization. I like to touch lives and to make positive impact that transcends my generation.
Sola Owomoyela

Olusola Owomoyela comes from a background of strong leadership and dedication to service. He has visibly been involved in the leadership and management of multi-project teams. Olusola holds a degree in Law from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG) and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of Next Gear Group, and also sits on the board of various companies both in Nigeria and outside the country. He successfully consulted for top notch real estate development companies in Nigeria before venturing into same. Olusola constantly generates ideas, innovation and technology drive in the real estate sector in Nigeria. He is a Life Coach and a Radio Personality.
Adedeji Aderele

His Human Resources experience spans from Banking, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Consulting to Non-Government Organizations. His
expertise is in manpower resourcing, training and organizational development. He was the Regional Human Resource Manager for Intercontinental Bank Plc(Now Access Bank Plc) and Senior Manager Human Resources for Airtel CCO Nigeria, ISON BPO. He has his HR Specialization in Performance Management. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from University of Ibadan. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and an associate of Strategic Human Resources Managers in Nigeria. As a management consultant in human Resources, he has pioneered many projects both in the corporate and government establishment. He is presently the Principal Partner and Pioneer of Swift Employment Global Check managing over 560 employees across 34 states in Nigeria. He has also handled management retreats and trainings of which he has handled for SEC, FIRS, ASO Savings, Access Bank, Skye Bank, Louis Valentino, Prixair Group.
